Oh how I love Mixed Media Mondays. The themes are always so inspiring and Diane provides the theme for the following week which is so helpful when time is limited. These two canvases represent two generations. The top shows my Grandma, Ila, and the bottom my Mom, Karen. For both I used copies of handwritten pieces, transfers of photos, favourite colours, flowers and symbols that represent their lives.
