Sunday Stampers - Our House

In keeping with my current fascination with combining women and trees which was fuelled by these wonderful chipboard pieces, this is a house that I created using layers of stamped tissue and vintage papers blended together with beeswax. Real leaves and mica chips add to the natural feel of the piece. This my entry for this week's Sunday Stampers challenge.

AWESOME!!! Love how you used the wax, it really softens it, and the leaves going over the womans head almost looks like a hat, I love the quote too :)

Ooh la la. Stunningly beautiful. I think this is currently my favorite of yours! I love using leaves in art, and you did it masterfully here. How much better that they are real leaves. And the rusted stars are superb and right up my alley. I also love the image and text you used. Great work with the beeswax. I LOVE the whole gorgeous piece. Bravo friend.
