Lots to Do Challenge - Winter Wonderland

Just back from my early morning run on a notably beautiful morning. We have a light dusting of snow on the ground (not enough to require shoveling) and everything looks so clean, white and sparkling under the street lights. Being outside so early is really a pleasure, once the initial shock of crawling out of a warm bed subsides, because the world is so still and I am able to hear sounds that normally would be obliterated due to traffic. I tried to capture the beauty of winter in these two round robin journal pages, my entry for this week's Lots to Do challenge.

So lovely and wintry, Heather! Love those sweet little girls! You have such a beautiful style--love your work!

You describe early morning in such a wonderful way--I got up very early this morning, too...love the silence in the house...just started pouring rain--don't you just love that sound on the roof?

Hope you have a beautiful day!

Heather, you are remarkable, running in cold weather and in the early morning! Your art pieces here so reflect the beauty of the snowy morning. Gorgeous.
