Theme Thursday - The Colour Orange

I don't gravitate towards orange in my artwork very often but it seemed so natural for me to use it with these photographs. I wanted to capture the feeling of "glow" that comes with late afternoon/evening sunlight. It has always been my favourite time of day for the warmth that comes with it. These photographs were taken in Newfoundland at that time of the day. Everything was bathed in the most beautiful warm shade of orange. This is my entry for this week's Theme Thursday challenge.

Wow, these are so beautiful I love the colors and what they represent. And also the text along the edges -- very cool and in keeping with the whole feeling and aura of these pieces. Simple and yet so elegant and beautiful to view, which is definitely your personal style.

I keep thinking you can't get better in your art, and yet you always do -- a testament to your talent and creativity, dear friend. I'm so looking forward to owning a piece of your stellar art for myself, all mine!!! I can hardly wait.
