Craftaway a Sunday - Birds

I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed creating this round robin page. I collected some of my most favourite vintage baby cards and had them copied. I then set out to find birds that could carry them to far-away places. I especially love the look of suprise on the little one's face closest to the bottom of the page. The background is acrylic paint with a grunge look, the egss are printed on old ledger paper and the quotation is taken from an old bird book. I laughed at the descriptions of bird parents looking after their offspring because they really have some of the same issues as human parents! This is my entry for the Craftaway a Sunday challenge.
