Creative Wednesday - "In the Garden" Skinny

There is a new challenge site "in town" that has only been up and running for a few weeks. It is called Creative Wednesday and up until this week, I haven't been able to participate in it. The theme chose is "In the Garden" and the format is to be a skinny. I just pictured this little gal riding on the back of her bird friend and swooping down into a garden. I used pressed leaves to create the feel of the garden. It is a warm summer day, of course, so I wanted the background to have a glow. I used scrapbook paper and beeswax to create this feel.

Gorgeous. The glow is deliciously rich and I love your text. Sorry to be ignorant, but I do not know what a skinny is. Would you enlighten me? Thanks. And I totally agree with your sentiments of joy on the faces of those lovely children on your other post. Delightful!
Very best wishes,
