We laugh at their awkwardness and at their antics in the quest to be fed by one of their parents. This round robin journal page celebrates family in both the human and bird realms. The Three Muses Challenge - Relationships

Heather, you are so right about the babies everywhere, and the parents tireless efforts to find enough food to feed them. You have captured Spring and all it means so well in this lovely journal page. Bravo.
KIN---it's a word you don't hear so much any more. I like that you've used it. Your art always recalls things from long ago for me, Heather. It just simply never fails. This is a lovely piece, and I can hear the term "kin" in my grandmother's conversation all those years ago!

The first thing that struck me when I saw your picture is the depth achieved using the background with the path winding away. Absolutely gorgeous. It's autumn in my part of the world so we have to wait until September to see and hear the baby birds.
