Theme Thursday - Masculine

It's all about the men on the Theme Thursday challenge this week. I have envisioned lives for these two fine gentlemen and tried to capture my imaginings in the collage elements that I used. I love the layered backgrounds of gessso, gel medium and pages from the telephone book. They just seem to make the other elements on top of them pop from the page.

The backgrounds are awesome, Heather. The gold really makes the antique images pop!

Beautiful! I like the combination of a rather black and white main part and the coloured accents you've put in.

Your "masculine" cards are fabulous except I think I might like to wipe the self-satisfied look off both their faces!! Great artwork - and, yes, they are popping off the page!

Fabulous new collages Heather - love them all but am commenting here - I'm happy Gale has decided to sell her images digitally as well. I tried to encourage her to do that months ago. I've started work on your skinny officially - still brainstorming ideas!
