Created ByHand Challenge - Times Gone By

I was trying to capture a feeling of nostalga when I created this piece. I was attracted immediately to the background paper which had images of vintage fashion on it. I layered beeswax to give a sepia tone then added this lovely women with the pearls who, in my mind, was obviously fashion conscious. Touches of pressed flowers and buttons seemed natural to complete the effect. This is my entry for the Created ByHand challenge this week.
