Mixed Media Monday - Charming Junk

Every once in a while, we take a deep breath at work and clean out our craft storage area. Believe me, sometimes you need a shovel just to even get into it after a summer of programming with children. However, often treasure are unearthed such as this round tin with a window. It held prima flowers that had been used for a scrapbooking workshop. The flowers were transferred to a baggie and the tin brought home for contemplation. I knew that I wanted to do something "sweets" related and began collecting odds and ends from my art room and my kitchen including wax candles and cake decorations that had been left over from a birthday party. This little assemblage is the result of my scrounging and is my entry for the Mixed Media Monday challenge this week.

Hello my dear - it's been a while. Hope you are well. Where does time go?! This is just too cute for words. I love cupcake images at the moment - I have a cupcake table cloth on my kitchen table, cupcake coasters and a cupcake bag to take my lunch to work in!
