Gothic Arch Challenge - Trees

I don't know how the trees look where you live but in Ontario, the snow is falling and the trees here are snow covered. I can see birds roosting at the top of the tallest ones with their feathers fluffed out to keep warm. I hear the sound of snow blowers, one of which belongs to my neighbour, who just very kindly cleared our sidewalk. What a delight to have kind people living next door. Well, I must get making art. I'm a little apprehensive after a dry spell of 3 weeks. Let's hope my muse is willing and isn't in a box somewhere awaiting unpacking! Have a lovely Sunday! This is my entry for this week's Gothic Arch challenge.

Beautiful art Heather, as usual. Love that you used the trees. And I love your description of the weather there. It snowed her a few inches three days ago, but it melted the next day. And today is quite beautiful, sunny and 60 degrees in December in Colorado. I'm loving that!!!

I was in a mean, angst-filled art slump recently, so I can totally relate. Good for you that you're back to doing art.

Hugs,
Val

Very beautiful arch, Heather. We had a scant inch of snow this morning, even here in Virginia. I did notice that the red oaks have lost all their leaves at the top. There is still a layer of brown leaves on the lowest branches.
