Do you remember slides? My Grandfather was an excellent photographer and always had slides made of his photos. We would gather in the living room to view them, laughing over fond memories, marvelling over scenery from vacations and generally enjoying one another's company. Unfortunately slide projectors are passe and slides have been converted to photographs to preserve the images on them. I think of these evening though when I use these slide mounts on my artwork. This is my entry for this week's Arty Girlz challenge.

Beautiful work Heather! LOL Pascale
We have had such similar backgrounds/up-bringings Heather..my grandfather was also a slide man -- and we'd sit in the dark with the screen up and he'd have those long boxes beside him, choosing one at a time..this before the carousel -- he had the "one at a timer". It was always such a laugh when they were out of order or upside down!!! :) Great memory on this almost snowy morning!! Bet you guys got a lot on the weekend -- my son in Waterloo had SNOW BANKS!! We had rain here...
Just PRECIOUS Heather!
these are perfect Heather!! How have you been? are you all ready for the Holidays yet?
I was hoping for a large amount of snow...but we ended up getting rain instead....oh well ...will have to wait to create our snowmen!!!
Have a wonderful day!!!
