Created ByHand Challenge - Ribbon or Trim, Arty Girlz - Fabric

As you know, home has been very much on my mind lately as I prepare to move into my very first one at the end of November. I offered a blog giveaway last week and asked people to comment on what "home" meant to them. The responses were very moving and often lyrical. You can read them here. These two house-themed fabric round robin journals are my entries for this week's Created Byhand Challenge and the Arty Girlz challenge as well.

Oh, lots of comments since this morning :)
Thanks for your comment on my card. I decided to work with reds today and came up with that.
Thank you too for the award which I've passed on.

Loved catching up with what you have been creating. I especially love the pieces with the sweets on! And I also love the Autumnal influences in your work - the cold weather is fast approaching. xx Hope the move is going well
