It is no secret that I love creating encaustic collage backgrounds. To me they give a spirited and energetic look with their layers of stamped tissue paper. That is the effect that I wanted to create to set off these two joyful little girls. I can almost picture the giggles swirling around them. Step Outside Your Box Saturday - Backgrounds
