I have long adored fairy tales. After all, they have it all....mystery, intrigue, romance and adventure. This 4" X 4" was created to illustrate the fairy tale entitled "Rose Red and the Bear Prince". Beware of the loud knocking on the door. You never know what you'll find when you open it! This is my submission for this week's One Powerful Hour challenge.

I love fairy tales, but I don't know this one. The images are gorgeous, but I do get the feeling of something vaguely sinister about to happen, as so often happens in fairy tales and then the smile on the bears face puts everything back into perspective.

What a giggle...the bear is such a prince and he doesn't "look" ferocious but remember -- a smiling bear can hide many surprises!! :)

Wow, you have been busy making beautiful art cards. I especially love this one - bright, clear fairy tale images. I like the way the bear appears to be comming through the door and her basket of flowers. (ps Thank you for your wonderful comments on my blog) (((hugs)))
