Arty Girlz Challenge - Red

Red just happens to be my favourite colour and I like nothing better than to pair it with black and white for the "wow" factor. The background on this round robin journal page is created with printed tissue paper and layers of beeswax. The flourishes of red are chipboard pieces that I've painted. This is my entry for this week's Arty Girlz Challenge.

I love the way the red swirls seem to frame both the faces. This is one of my favourite colour combinationsand you seem to have made it exquisite and yet slightly cheeky at the same time!

I like the drama and energy you've created with your collage. And I love tissue papers. And the red chipboard too. Red is such a cheerful get up and go color.

Heather this is a wonderful piece of art. Red is my favourite colour as well. I visit often but don't always stop and comment. I think because I just get so lost for word when looking at all the wonderful inspirational work you do so if you stop over to my blog http://wwwsandiesanctuary.blogspot.com/ I've left something for you.
