It's the first full day of Autumn. We always greet it with a mix of sadness and anticipation. We miss the warm, sunny days of summer with their slower pace but welcome the golden hues, colourful leaves and earthy smells of the fall. These are pages from a paper bag book that I created. Each page includes a quotation about Autumn. This is my entry fort his week's Arty Girlz challenge.

Your book is beautiful Heather -- the colours spill out over the pages. I will miss summer as I always do. I welcome the changing leaves of autumn but I feel desolate at the bare trees.
OMGoodness your bag book is amazing!!! Yet another fantastic creation Heather!!! you're described my feelings about Fall beautifully! I always feel melancholy when I hear the geese flying overhead practicing their run, sometimes I can hear their wings squeaking even.

I would love to curl up in a chair by a whispering fire and get lost in the beauty of this book.
