My DH just captured our dear parrotlet, Oliver, in the act of chewing my paper flowers stored in these bowls and then strewing them all over my art table. This is his newest obsession. Don't ask me how he discovered the stash!
Look at your sweet baby...Beautiful birdy! I had (lives on my sis-in-laws farm now)an umbrella cockatoo, oh I could write I book at the damage she has done in our homes. That is why she is now on a farm, lol. Hubby said OUT, when she chewed threw some electrical wiring. How she didn't die I will never know, or burn our house down...Birds a darling and wonderful friends but they are very distructive. I still love her and take her out and love on her when I see her. Thanks for showing us your "artsy" bird!
What a green beauty!!You remember the story of my beige cat walking the streets with PINK paint on himself...and getting strange comments from all the other neighborhood cats...well he LOVES to watch me paint and ..ooppps...he got spritzed and the poor guy was the laughing stock of the neighborhood. He has since regained his natural color but for awhile they were calling him the punker cat from down the street.
oh look at that darlin Bird behaving badly,so funny I had a grey what did things like that. Sorry I had to laugh so much this really brought a big smile to the start of the day for me.
Thanks for the chuckle! Pets are so much fun. My dog has chewed up one rubber stamp, and oddly enough, the one she chose to destroy was a stamp of a dog paw print!
Aww Heather how cute is Oliver - he is probably just trying to make a daisy chain!! LOL They are such inquisitive birds! Peaches (my cat) grabbed my ribbon tails and ran under the bed - she knows too to go right to the back so she can get a good chew before I get to her!!!

awww, how cute! I have to chase my cats out of my art stash all the time, I didn't think it could be a problem with a parrot, LOL.
I'd rather have your bird doing this than my dog lifting his leg on my stash (how many times now?) And he's stressed? What about me???
These are hilarous photos. I wish had that crazy, beautiful bird!
