I don't know about you but I go through phases and presently I am enthralled by altered tin assemblages. I have pillaged my art supplies and encouraged friends and relatives to eat lots of altoids and other candies that come in tins. These two pieces were the ones that fuelled this ...um...obsession! They were made for my dear friend Carrie from Pinkadoo. I created an encaustic collage background and built up the elements from there.

I hate to think what will happen if you go on a tic tac binge!! lol!!! But I have to say, even though Altoids are a "curiously strong mint", I could eat them by the handful!!
