I really do adore this sweet image of a little girl! I've created this card using an encaustic collage technique I learned on Joggles from Carol Murphy. The collage is created by using white tissue paper that has been stamped and adhering it to white cardstock using clear encaustic wax. The image is then added and coloured encaustic waxes added with an encaustic iron. This is my entry for this week's TGIF challenge with the theme "Oh Baby!".
