Think Monday, Think ATC - Big Cities

Venice to me always is surrounded by an air of mystery and a vague sense of loneliness. Perhaps it is the water flowing through its streets restricting large crowds of people. I wanted to convey this sense in my atc depicting this famous city. This is my entry for Think Monday, Think ATC this week.

Hi Heather!

Great inspirational story ... you truly captured that feeling on this piece! And she'd make a GREAT necklace too!

Oh, to see Venice in person would be like me saying I'll go to the moon. So far away, another world. I am so intrigued by your description of it, like you know it so well and I have this romantic vision in my head that is so different. But, that is a cool thing about art, getting to see someone else's version or idea about someplace or someone or something. And this version is very lovely. So quiet and contented and a little lonely - solitude is sometimes the loveliest thing of all.
